ORDER & PAYMENT

Non-Muslims who are 21 years old & above are allowed to place an order.

Our minimum order requirement is one bottle of standard size alcohol or one set of bundled promotion item.
We do not have any maximum order limit.

If you have already checked out and would like to change/cancel the order, please contact our customer service team at 012-3233018 or email support@ecowinekl.com as soon as possible.

We currently only accept Online Bank Transfer.

We are sorry that we do not accept ‘cash on delivery’ term. All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch and upon your order confirmation.

Please select “Local Pickup” before you click “Place Order” on checkout page.
This option is only available for Selangor & K.L registered address only.
If you are from other place, put a remark note that you wish to self pick-up your order at our physical store.

RETURN & REFUND

Before acknowledging the receipt of delivery, we advise you to check your order thoroughly. Should you find product that are broken or missing, do not accept the delivery. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement upon verifying your claims.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Klang Valley : within 1-3 working days (Mon – Sat: 10am to 10pm)
Outside Klang Valley / West Malaysia : within 2-7 working days (Mon – Sat : 10am to 10pm)

*Orders placed after 5pm will be processed as next working day.
*No delivery on Sundays and Public Holidays.

We deliver to all residencies area, shop lots and corporate buildings.

We don’t deliver to and within the vicinity of the following areas:
PO Box address
Hospitals
Airports
Harbors
Government buildings

Please call us if you are customer from Sabah & Sarawak, we will quote you base on your purchase and location.

Free delivery for orders above RM 499 within Klang Valley.

RM 15 flat rate delivery charges for orders under RM 499 within Klang Valley.

RM 30 flat rate delivery charges for other region outside of Klang Valley. (West Malaysia)

Klang Valley – You need to arrange for self collection at our physical store. Address can be found in Contact Us page. If you wish to reschedule another delivery, additional delivery charges may incur.

Outside Klang Valley / West Malaysia –  delivery courier normally will leave a contact card in your mailbox. You need to arrange another delivery attempt or pick-up options in your area.

We do not advise this arrangement. If it is unavoidable, do inform us or place a note in your order. Please ensure the receptionist/guard house security officer is able to receive parcels on your behalf and please inform them a parcel is on the way. However, please take note we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel.
