It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to you if you are under the age of 21. It is illegal for you to buy alcohol from us if you are under the age of 21 and it is illegal if you falsify your details in order to buy alcohol if you are under the age of 21.

Our delivery team reserves the right to request for your ID for age verification purposes prior to delivery of goods. If found to be aged below 21, we reserve the right for cancellation of said order with full refund.

By virtue of Section 19 (1) and Section 19 (2) Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997, all Malaysian Muslims are forbidden from buying and drinking alcohol.
In accordance to the legal provisions above, Eco Wine will not sell any alcohol products listed on its website to any Malaysian Muslims.

Eco Wine reserves the right to alter prices at any time. All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). We endeavour to supply advertised vintages, quantities and pricing, but all orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Eco Wine. If any product ordered is unavailable or incorrectly priced we will contact you and advise you of the correct price, vintage or recommend a suitable substitute. All goods remain the property of Eco Wine until payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to limit any sale.

Delivery will be charged according to the order value.

Free delivery for orders above RM 499 within *Klang Valley

RM 15 flat rate delivery charges for orders under RM 499 within *Klang Valley.

RM 30 flat rate delivery charges for other region in Peninsular Malaysia.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Normal priced items can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the Tax invoice date.

Customers should reject outright during the delivery on any over/short supply, incorrect or damaged item (including but not limited to any visible defect of the item or any item has passed its expiry date) once the item has been received, customer is barred from bringing any claim in any nature whatsoever against the Company. Exception to this clause will be those non visible defect i.e. corked wine where the opened bottle is required to be returned to the Company within three (3) Business Days from the item received date and the Company has seven (7) Business Days upon receipt of such notification by customer to verify and replace any defective wine item if necessary or refund the money at the sole discretion of the Company.

We shall supply beer with minimum four (4) months from Best Before Date/Expiry Date excluding those clearance beer whereby the Best Before Date/Expiry Date will be stated clearly with no return or exchange of stocks allowed upon acceptance of order.

Please note that all product’s description and information may not be 100% accurate. Eg. Tasting notes and alcohol by volume (ABV%) may vary depends on vintage and sommelier’s experience and knowledge or personal preferences. Furthermore, the product’s image may not be absolutely accurate as well due to changing label or packaging by producers. Do not worry if you received a product which does not match with the image in our website. However, if you do have any doubt regarding the product, do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

For bulk ordering (usually more than 6 bottles and above) please check with us before making any payment to avoid any insufficient stock. If order had been made while there is insufficient stock, full refund will be made or you can wait till the stock arrives, estimate time of arrival will be advised.

Due to high order occasionally, product in our website will be out of stock without any prior notification. However, full refund will be made if the particular product is out of stock, no charges will incur or you can wait till the stock arrives, estimate time of arrival will be advised.

Please take note that product’s vintage will be changed without prior notification due to product’s batches. Vintage shown in product details might be out of date. Please inform/contact Eco Wine to check specific vintage availability.

We make every effort to correctly display our prices on this website. However if a price is incorrect we reserve the right not to proceed with your order at that incorrect price. If a product that you have ordered has been incorrectly priced, we will call you to give you the option of paying the correct price or cancelling your order. Prices shown against each item listed are not inclusive of postage and packaging which will be added to the bill, where applicable.

Eco Wine endeavours to provide current and accurate information respecting current promotions and “on sale” or “flyer” items on the Website. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur.

Eco Wine reserves the right to: (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; and (b) change at any time the products on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, any promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person.

You shall indemnify and save harmless Eco Wine and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees, brought as a result of your use of the websites.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and administrative tribunals, as the case may be, located in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the websites and these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The headings used in these Terms and Conditions are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, together with those incorporated or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing, or by Eco Wine making such amendments or modifications available to it pursuant to the Terms and Conditions.
