TASTING NOTES:
View: intense pink, violet tones very striking.
Nose: high or very high intensity range fruit (ripe picotas, strawberries and apricots).
Mouth: fresh and balanced, meaty, tasty and soft sensations. Slight sweetness and bitterness at the entrance to the exit.
VINEYARD: ecological vineyard. The clayey soil of chalky composition can store scarce water spring to supply the vine throughout its cycle until harvest. There are slow brotaciones with delays of about 15 days compared to other areas at the same height. This provides a vegetative and long cycle and late ripening.
GRAPES: Grenache, Syrah.
