Tasting notes: Intense ruby red with garnet hues. The bouquet releases fragrant notes of oriental spices, such as cumin, cardamom and black pepper. The palate shows great smoothness and warmth, with an excellent balance of all components, and the fragrant finish exhibits significant length.

Pairings: Ideal to accompany meats, either grilled or roasted, and is excellent with poultry and duck. Chocolate-based desserts are also a good accompaniment.
