Shinobu Pure Malt 15y

Another top blended malt from Shinobu, this 15 years old expression is wonderfully honeyed, spicy and mouth-filling. Matured in bourbon and sherry casks, and then followed by a finishing period in Japanese Mizunara oak.

Nose: Honeyed malt and blueberry muffin, with hints of tobacco and fresh espresso.
Palate: Crisp notes of lemon and apple lead into baking spice warmth, with oily malt in support.
Finish: Candied ginger and wood spice alongside orchard fruit.
