Vaccari Sambuca

Vaccari Sambuca from the Vaccari company, is a superb Sambuca liqueur flavoured with Chinese star anise as well as Mediterranean anise. The result is a deep and spicy liqueur with a herbal nose of liquorice root, fennel and anise. The palate is complex, bittersweet with huge notes of liquorice, aniseed and pepper.
